Your warning made me smile ^_^ Of course I read the warning after I read the piece which I have to admit is just as good as everything else I've read of yours. Albeit I've only read a few submissions to iyfic_challenge and By the Light of Shadowed Moments.

I just loved the atmosphere of this piece, and I can see this really happening to poor Jaken. Just one thing that kind of bothered me, although completely inconsequential, was in the last paragraph you wrote "That was when Sesshoumaru had left the room of her passing..." I don't think the had is needed. *shrug* Great fic like usual!
