Awwww. I loved it. Poor Bones, so cautious, now has to put up with the most fearless man in all of Starfleet. It's either become a bit more brave or find a new assignment, and we know he couldn't abandon his best friend and captain. I think you captured the spirit of New!Bones perfectly, along with New!Kirk and his bravado. Love it. Now I wanna see these two in a crisis, just because Bones is his best in crisis mode.
