7th - I know its Vampire Diaries, not sure if Stefan or Damon
8th - Claire, Heroes
9th - I think it's from that show Merlin?

11th - Uhura - Star Trek

Yep! The 6th one is Olivia from Fringe, 7th is Damon from Vampire Diaries, and the 9th is Guinivere from Merlin. :D
