very interesting turn of events... =)

I really liked this part:
“I still don't...” Darcy shook her head, and instinctively she began to step back as he came toward her, his eyes fixated darkly on hers, grinning like a cartoon villain as he came upon her. He overtook her, and she squealed when she felt a burning heat on her arm.

And I couldn't help but imagine it...
